Yes. Sessions are designed to be accessible at all levels. Teachers provide clear guidance and options so you can move at your own pace while adapting to the heat.
How hot is the studio?
The studio uses controlled infrared heat. Temperatures are intentionally set to support movement and performance without being overwhelming.
What should I bring to my session?
Bring water, a towel, and wear breathable training attire. Mats and equipment are provided in the studio.
What if I need to take breaks during the session?
Taking breaks is encouraged. Listening to your body is part of the Heat House approach, and teachers support rest whenever needed.
How often should I train at Heat House?
Consistency is key. Many guests train two to four times per week, but frequency can be adjusted based on your goals and recovery needs.
