Classes are designed to be accessible, even in a heated environment. Each session is clearly guided, with options to move at your own pace and level. If it’s your first time, all you need to do is show up. Everything else is taken care of.

Getting Started

Begin your journey by signing up online or in person. Once your class is purchased, simply choose your session and reserve your mat. Inside the studio, you can select your position based on your preference:

• The front for more guidance
• The back for more space.

When You Arrive

From the moment you step in, the experience is guided. Our reception team will welcome you and walk you through the space, including where to store your belongings and how everything works. Instructors are available before class to answer questions, support injuries, or help you settle in, especially if it’s your first time. The goal is simple: you feel at ease before the class even begins.

First Class Essentials

To make the most of your first visit:

• Arrive 15 to 20 minutes early
• Wear comfortable, breathable clothing
• Hydrate well before and after class
• Arrive on time as late entry is not permitted
• Towels are required for all classes
• Take a moment to settle before class begins
